The location of the hotel was very convenient for me. Its newly built and the room I booked was neat.

I didn't like.
What could be improved: 1 As per the confirmation from the Booking.com my stay was booked at Hotel grand King's. But to my dismay there is no Hotel with the name Hotel grand king's. Instead in the given location the Hotel is maintained with the name de Tark. The staff are claiming the name is going to change in the near future. I can't understand how Booking.com allowed the booking without any prior verification of the existence of the property.
2.Even there is no lift in the hotel.
3. No kettle in the room. They have provided only after our pointing out.
4. No bucket and mug in the washroom. Provided only after our pointing.
5. For payments through cards or UPI they are demanding 12 % extra in addition to GST.
Extremely disappointed with the booking due to the above mentioned reasons.
