Hotel Corner View Overview
First Impressions
Walking into Hotel Corner View, you immediately get the sense this is a place that knows its audience. It’s not trying to be something it isn’t — just a solid three-star property in New Delhi that delivers on the basics with a bit of personality thrown in. The lobby feels welcoming without being flashy, and honestly, after dealing with Delhi’s chaotic streets, that calm atmosphere hits just right. You can tell they’ve put thought into making the space feel more upscale than you’d expect at this price point.
Location & Getting Around
The Khanpur area isn’t exactly where first-time visitors picture themselves staying, but hear me out — it actually works really well. You’re far enough from the tourist crowds to get a feel for how locals live, yet still connected to the main city attractions. The free parking is genuinely useful here since Delhi traffic can be intense, and having your own wheels gives you flexibility. I mean, couples seem to really appreciate this setup — there’s something nice about having a quieter base while still being able to explore the city on your own terms.
The Rooms
The rooms are what you’d call thoughtfully simple. Nothing groundbreaking, but they’ve clearly focused on getting the essentials right — comfortable beds, decent air conditioning (crucial in Delhi), and enough space to actually unpack your stuff. The corner rooms, which I assume inspired the hotel’s name, do offer better natural light and views of the neighborhood below. You know what I appreciated? The attention to cleanliness and the fact that everything actually works — sometimes that’s more valuable than fancy amenities that don’t function properly.
Breakfast & Practical Details
The breakfast-to-go concept is actually pretty smart when you think about it. Rather than rushing through a buffet, you can grab something decent and eat it wherever makes sense for your day — maybe in a park or while heading to your first sightseeing stop. It’s not elaborate, but it’s practical and saves you time hunting for food in an unfamiliar area. The staff seems to understand that travelers have different schedules and aren’t trying to force everyone into the same routine.
Why Guests Love It
What really works about Hotel Corner View is how it balances being affordable with still feeling like a proper hotel experience. Couples especially seem to connect with the relaxed vibe — it’s intimate without being cramped, and quiet enough for actual conversation after long days exploring Delhi. The free parking alone probably saves you enough hassle and money to make the stay worthwhile, and the location gives you that authentic Delhi experience without completely overwhelming first-time visitors. It’s the kind of place where you feel like you’re getting good value rather than just cheap accommodation.

This hotel was absolutely fantastic! The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, the rooms were spotless and very comfortable, and the location was perfect for exploring the city. The breakfast buffet was delicious with a wide variety of options, and we especially appreciated the small touches like the complimentary water bottles in the room. We would definitely stay here again on our next visit!".
