Hotel C Park – Karol Bagh, New Delhi Overview
First Impressions
Walking into Hotel C Park – Karol Bagh, New Delhi, you immediately sense this is a place that gets the basics right without any unnecessary fuss. The lobby has that clean, modern feel you want after navigating Delhi’s bustling streets, and honestly, the staff greeting feels genuinely warm rather than rehearsed. It’s a three-star property that doesn’t try to be something it’s not — which, after staying at places that overpromise and underdeliver, feels refreshing.
Location & Neighborhood
Here’s what I love about Karol Bagh — you’re right in the thick of things without being overwhelmed by tourist crowds. The hotel sits on Gurudwara Road, and I mean, you can walk to some of Delhi’s best shopping markets in minutes. The metro station is close enough that getting to Connaught Place or Red Fort doesn’t require planning your entire day around transportation. Couples seem to particularly appreciate this spot (they rate it super highly), and I get why — there’s something romantic about being able to stroll through the local markets in the evening, then retreat to your quiet room.
The Room Experience
The rooms are what I’d call thoughtfully simple. You won’t find marble bathrooms or floor-to-ceiling windows, but everything works properly — the AC actually cools the room, the Wi-Fi doesn’t cut out every ten minutes, and the beds are genuinely comfortable. What struck me was how clean everything felt, which honestly matters more than fancy fixtures when you’re dealing with Delhi’s dust and heat. The windows offer decent views of the neighborhood, giving you that authentic local vibe without the chaos.
Breakfast & Dining
The breakfast spread surprised me — they’ve got Continental, Asian, American, and Vegetarian options that actually taste good rather than just filling space on a buffet table. I particularly enjoyed their Indian breakfast items, which felt authentic rather than watered down for international guests. You know what’s nice? They seem to understand that travelers have different schedules, so the breakfast timing is reasonable. The dining area gets good natural light, making morning coffee feel less rushed.
Why Guests Love It
Recent guests consistently praise the location (rating it over 9 out of 10), and after spending time here, that makes complete sense. There’s also free private parking, which anyone who’s driven in Delhi will tell you is worth its weight in gold. The hotel manages to hit that sweet spot where you feel like you’re experiencing real Delhi life while still having a comfortable, reliable base. It’s not trying to be upscale or pretentious — it’s just a solid, well-run place where things work as they should, the staff cares about your experience, and you can actually relax after long days exploring the city.

The hotel actually exists and they honored my booking. (Not always the case in India, according to my fellow travellers)
The staff were friendly and helpful. They were very accomodating for my last minute booking.
Room service was good value with a reasonable variety of food and good price. Included breakfast had a value of about 110 rupee from the menu.
Filtered water refill in the lobby.
What could be improved: Room was a bit dowdy. Garden view was of a few dusty trees across the road. They offered to change my sheets but the same stains were there after my room was made.Alagar from India – 16 November 2024 (7/10)

What could be improved: Availability of hot water for bathing as per customers wishAsger from Denmark – 15 November 2024 (6/10)
What could be improved: Arriving late in the evening, we were relocated to a neighbouring hotel with decent, but worn rooms. I have experienced far better value for money in other similar Delhi hotels.
