  The staff were so helpful. It was in a great location and had excellent WiFi.

  One big advantage was that they allowed us to check in early, which was really convenient. The breakfast was very good, always offering at least three warm options. Our room was very spacious with a comfortable sitting sofa, and the hotel is located in an area full of banks, which made us feel safer compared to other parts of the city. There was no noise going from outside of hotel.
  
  What could be improved: The communication with the hotel before our arrival was quite difficult. They didn’t respond to written messages, required advanced payment on a strange webpage (that we didn't) and there were some issues where we were asked to pay again for things that had already been paid for – definitely not a good look. Hot water was only available on request. That wouldn’t have been a problem if we had been informed about it, but since no one told us, we ended up showering in cold water for the first couple of days.
  Room cleaning wasn’t done automatically and had to be requested, which we only found out later.
  One thing that bothered us a bit was a phone in the hallway that kept ringing constantly – not ideal when you're trying to relax.

  Very good hotel for what we needed situation away from the centre but in Nehru place where they have a computer market and a complex with nice restaurants there.
  The hotel itself is kept to a good standard, housekeeping are very good and cleaning the room and replenishing the stock.
  As with all Indian hotels the drainage system is poor and find the bathroom tends to get wet but apart from that the room is very good and the staff are very attentive.
