Hauz Khas Village is where young Delhi comes to play — think trendy cafes, art galleries, and rooftop bars all within walking distance. I mean, you’re literally steps away from the medieval Hauz Khas Complex with its stunning lake views, but also surrounded by some of the city’s best nightlife. It’s this perfect blend of old and new Delhi that you just can’t find everywhere. The narrow lanes can get busy on weekends, but that’s part of the charm — you’re right in the heart of where things happen.

The Room

The room I stayed in was compact but thoughtfully designed, with clean lines and surprisingly good storage space. Nothing fancy, but everything worked perfectly — the AC was powerful (crucial in Delhi heat), the Wi-Fi was reliable, and the bathroom was spotless. The beds are actually comfortable, which isn’t always a given at this price point. What I really appreciated were the blackout curtains — they block out both the street noise and the early morning light, letting you sleep in despite being in such a lively area.

Dining and Amenities

The in-house restaurant serves decent Indian and continental options, though honestly, with Hauz Khas Village right outside your door, you’d be crazy not to explore the local food scene. The staff here are genuinely helpful — they’ll point you toward the best local spots and help arrange auto-rickshaws when you need them. There’s also a small business center if you need to print boarding passes or catch up on work, and the parking situation is better than most places in this area (though still limited, so book ahead if you’re driving).

  Rooms were clean, clean towels, clean sheets amd spacious room. Staff was very helpful. Located in HauzKhaz village, good night life around the place in walking distance, many good restraunts.
  
  What could be improved: It was a bit difficult to locate as it was well inside the hauzkhaz village. After 6pm rickshaws are not allowed entry in hausekhas area so beaware.

  The bfast wasn't as expected, such a good hotel with great location, but the food was not as expected. If you have more variety and different menu's each day then this is the best I will.say. the receptionist was excellent, helpfull and very informative even he is a young guy. Other tha food the rest is very good. Convenient location, very near for shopping and other places, felt save as well.
