  Fantastic, honest service. A breath of fresh air in India, and especially Delhi. Highly recommended. Beds are softer than average, which is good coming from hard, Asian beds.

  hotel surrounding area was dirty. there were no amenities in the room. not even glass to drink water. four walls only. linen was clean and bad was tidy but washroom disaster. the tape on wash basin was half broken and water was trickling. on insisting they gave packed water bottle. for unknown reason room temperature was much lower than outside. first night due to cold i barely could sleep. next night i asked for extra blanket. it was refused. than i requested for extra bedsheet. that too was not given. i told them that i can't bear the cold and blanket provided is not giving any protection from cold.
