  What could be improved: Hotel ordered me a taxi back to the airport which I paid for at reception. Upon arrival at the airport driver demanded more money – Whilst I'm happy to reward a good service by tipping demanding of payment that's already been paid is unacceptable. Hotel should be clear with the drivers when booking if they are taking pre payment.
