    The rooms and amenities were as per the description.
    There's a lift in the building.
    Premises are guarded 24*7. It felt safe.
    A fully functional kitchen made our stay easy.
    Clean rooms, toilets, towels. Clean refrigerator.
    Two room heaters were provided.
    Geysers and water filter worked fine.
    The grilled balcony overlooks the Kotla Feroz Shah Fort.
    They provided us with cloth drying rack upon request.
    Complimentary cleaning is done every 2 days.
    The smart TV was a big plus.
    There's the key locker outside the room.
    There are plenty of small shops and fruit/vegetable vendors nearby.
    Couple of mins walk from the fort and the main road.
    Close to India Gate area. ITO metro is half a km away.
    Caretakers were very polite.

    What could be improved: The lane to the house is narrow.
    You could smell your neighbors cooking all day.
    Noisy neighbors, not sure if they were guests or residents.
    The corridors were always dirty.
    Expensive for the place and the facilities.

    It’s clean and well maintained

    What could be improved: The entrance to that apartment looks outdated but surprisingly the flat is well maintained and neat. It’s a bit difficult to locate the building and might require help from a few people around

    The flat is of a good size and the location is very central and convenient for most landmarks. Good hot water and perfect fast wifi. Good A/C

    What could be improved: First I would mention the description: it has neither a park nor a fort view; it has no view. The terrace is tiny, not clean, and full of stuff. Not usable.
    The flat is quite basic, really cheap furnished and decorated. Cleanliness is questionable: floor was clean, beds/towels/linens less clean. In one of the bathrooms we had a pigeon coming in and out.
    At the price we paid (about 6500 rupies per night) we got many much better accommodations in our 3 week trip.

    Very comfortable, well apartment nestled inside a heritage site. Beautiful views of the garden from the apartment. Very helpful and friendly host.

    What could be improved: It is a little way away from the main road, so taxi's may get a little lost.

    Location is near Pragati Maidan, very convenient for exhibitors or visitors. It's very easy to get Uber go or Uber Auto in 5 mins. Room space is Big, guests can even cook by their own. If you don't have India local phone number for food delivery service. Ask the house owner, he would help to provide the verify code so that guests can use food delivery service.

    The apartment was really comfortable. There were lots of small touches that made the stay really enjoyable. The view from the second bedroom onto parklands was lovely and there was very little noise. The communication from the hosts was great. It was very professionally run. We'd definitely stay there again without hesitation.

    What could be improved: The only room with a window is the second bedroom. The water in the main bathroom didn't drain very well.

    Impressed by the view it has both park and fort view from our ancient times and has security guards 24×7 for our privacy, comfortable stay, attentive caretakers, appliances like geyser,microwave, iron and what a man needs for himself

    What could be improved: Only having issue is distanced parking.. it has parking but within 100 metres and it's public parking so if you come please take it in mind

    What could be improved: Due to mold smell in the apparent, we decided to take a different hotel. This is a health risk to sleep in such a place. Having incense sticks around is not the solution. They should really renovate the place and clean all fungi.
