  The apartment was very nice. enough room for a family. Safe and secure even though the entrance is in the garage area it was well lit and safe. The families who live in the building are very respectful, helpful and kind. the owner came to visit me on the second day to make sure everything I needed was in the apartment. What I requested was Dish towels and Napkins. The owner ordered them and they arrives in an hour. There are plenty of stores near buy to buy things as well as food.
  
  What could be improved: The address on GPS brings you to the wrong location. But the booking app is unable to change the address to the correct one. The person who will meet you may need to come find you. the owner does send you the correct address prior to arriving but GPS takes you to the wrong place. Also the Metro is much farther then you would think. By walk it took me 15-20 minuets and it was not clear the direction to the metro. It was easier to take a rickshaw to the closest metro station.

  I like everything about entire accommodation, I felt like a my own house. Each and every thing is available there like kitchen utensils, iron washing machine, slipper neat and clean towel every bathroom accessories sab kuch tha wahan Or bas aapko ek apna clothes bag lena hai us k alava aapko kuch bhi carry nai krna aap wahan pr Aap kay according cooking kr saktey ho enjoy kr saktey ho location bhi bahut achi hai atmosphere bahut peaceful😊 I love this place with in 30 days i m enjoying two times.

  Great location for a bus to Rishikesh. Above the (good) 'Brother supermarket'.
  The apartment was very good, all you need for a stay with a family. Clean and fresh.
  
  What could be improved: The communication before arrival was confusing, they sent the wrong location, which costs us almost 1 hour. Too many people contacted us about the stay, and they asked us to pay before arrival. But the apartment is great.

  The facilities at the property were awesome. Everything was good and running. It was as clean as it can be and everything was up to the mark.
  Had a very comfortable stay.
  Did not have to call the owner even once in 3 days stay.
  
  What could be improved: The location is a little clumpsy.
  But there was no problem in the neighborhood.
  The area is safe.

  I came to the apartment with three children & my husband. Getting to the apartment was extremely difficult due to its location, bad Road & lack of a proper address. The apartment is on the NE outskirts of delhi away from any major historical and current point of interest in the city. Following the google link for route provided by the property manager to our driver, it ended in a street of dump heaps. It appeared that the city brought all their trash here. There were heaps of trash. Then we were re-routed out of there by the property caretaker as the apartment was a corner block away from this dump heaped street. The apartment was a ground floor but felt like basement as the entrance door opened into the garage. All the small apartment windows were draped. The bedrooms, kitchen, bathroom was small sized. The Booking.com apartment description said 2nd floor apartment with city view, nice location. None of that was true.
  
  What could be improved: So after walking through the apartment for a few mins, I called the manager. I was straightforward as I wanted to get taken care of right away as my children were waiting outside the apartment in the smoldering Delhi Aug heat. I was frank. I said the apartment is not what I expected. I asked if he has another apartment option for me. Rather than carry the conversation from there, he started refuting what I had to say. He said the living room window opens with a nice view. I was standing in the small living space and looking at the single living space window opening into the garage. I said what he was saying was not true. He offered another apartment in another location but I will have to pay more which I refused. Then I requested cancellation of this booking & refund of the 50% payment. He responded that depends on booking.com. He said I might not get my money back. Later from Booking.com I learned that the property manger makes that decision so that was another lie from the same person. As I was responding back & forth with the property manager about getting my money back, he declined that and threatened that I might incur the charge of the full 3 nights reservation as my having booked the place has lost him other potential customers. I have been corresponding with booking.com back & forth and they have re-assured that he can’t do that. I am still not very confident by their re-assurance.
  So all in all, booking.com describing the property as “Exclusive Luxurious Apartment with city view, nice location” is an absolute LIE. The property manager is a scammer based on how our conversation went as described above. I am adding a few pics of the city dump block close to the property as well as the street view next to the apartment.
