  The service was excellent. Associates were friendly. Assistant Restaurant Manager went out of the way to assist me. Security Supervisor who is in the morning shift was really friendly and helpful.
  
  What could be improved: Key card was deactivated although I had requested for one hour late check out. Upon request for access, card didn't work twice and I had to go to reception to get the card activated. Apart from this, everything was smooth and excellent.

  The hotel boasts a prime location, directly connected to one of Delhi's largest shopping malls , offering a wide array of coffee shops, restaurants and retail shops. it's conveniently close to the airport, making it a great choice for travelers. the staff were exceptional-friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable, and the breakfast selection was impressive. Considering Delhi's option, this hotel comes highly recommended.
