  I like the hotel. The hotel staff was friendly. Food quality was great. The location and the property was quite good. The room was well maintained and cleaned.will visit again.

  My stay was very comfortable. Also Staff was very helpful. Iskcon and lotus temple is near by. Easily transport available. I enjoyed my stay.
  Food was awesome. They have a lot of varieties in menu. All over great experience. Thanks to the hermitage team who make my stay was great.

  Location was hotel good and very closed to metro connectivity and the other hand very easy to pick any transportation. I visited escon temple kalkaji mandir and Lotus temple and closed to shopping centre market. Food was very good and staff were very nice.

  What could be improved: I know it was a 3 star and as usual the photos are not the same as when you actually get to the property. The bed was hard and uncomfortable, linen was grey and stained. Shower pressure was non existent. Generally needed a good scrub. From the 8 out of 10 rating on Booking.com I just expected better. Breakfast was massively weighted to native Indian tastes plain omelette and bread and one cereal for western clients.

  The room is comfortable and the staff is friendly and attentive. The breakfast is very good.
  
  What could be improved: I found my room to be situated directly in front of the kitchen and reception area, which unfortunately resulted in a lack of privacy and noticeable noise from staff conversations and kitchen work. In hindsight, I would have preferred to have stayed on the third floor, further away from the busy areas.

  The room was big enough for a family of four. We booked a deluxe double room. The child of 5 yo slept on a sofa which we put next to the bed. And we had a baby, so he slept together with us.
  
  What could be improved: We couldn't pay by card :((((((( At first we planned to pay in cash but got spent more money than we though we would 😀 And then my husband had to travel to theri another hotel to be able to pay by card :((((( Hopefully they will get this fixed soon. Ask prior coming.
