  A really clean and comfortable stay with easy access to the airport.
  The staff member that showed me the room was very helpful and nice, the following morning at check out was easy and fine although there was a mix up with the taxi timing.
  
  What could be improved: I didn't get a warm welcome at check in . The guy at the reception was in a bad mood and was shouting at his colleague. Not a good first impression.

  The staff were absolutely excellent. So helpful. Manoj in the breakfast restaurant cooks a great omelette to order. Uttapam was good too with mint chutney. Bed was very comfortable. Rooms well appointed with toiletries, good towels, hot shower, kettle and cups, green tea bags and instant coffee, fridge. Very clean. Distressed decor ( mostly by design). Easy check in. Easy to get to in Uber. About $8-10 AUD. Noise from busy street below dies down overnight so sleeping is good. The professional photos are of course dolled up but don’t be disappointed by first impressions because this really is a great value and authentic place to stay. While basic, it had everything you need for a layover near the airport and the staff are just so lovely. Oh yes and the filtered water is much appreciated (near the restaurant) to add to the small bottle provided. Will definitely use again.
  
  What could be improved: Noise from the street would make sleeping difficult. Need to ask for or bring black teabags and milk for tea.
