  I did not stay at the property because at the morning of my arrival from London, after my booking having been confirmed through booking.com (this forum), and after the hotel sent me numerous emails requesting payment in advance ‘to reserve the booking’, I was refused at FabHotel Shri Sai DX – Nr Adarsh Nagar Metro, because ‘they don’t accept foreign guests’. Tired after a lengthy flight, this message, delivered by rude, hardly any English speaking, reception staff, was very stressful and unsettling and I had to find another hotel on the spot. Not only is this hotel horrible, but neither they nor Booking.com has responded to my urgent messages on the topic. I will take this up with Booking.com after my return home as I won’t let it ruin my holiday – but it’s completely unacceptable.

  Very nice ambience, family friendly and superb service. Everyone is very nice and makes you feel welcome especially Dawn. I would highly recommend it. Very friendly management who went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. The rooms were spacious and luxurious, with all the amenities I could ever need. The service I received from the staff was second to none, and they were always more than willing to help in any way they could
