  What could be improved: Bed sheets and pillow covers were not clean asked the staff for fresh one but still had some stains. Receptionist came to room by night and asked for some code but and I showed him the booking.com details but he took my phone and filled the review by himself and when I asked about it he just stood there and handed over me the phone after submitting the review, I was in shock of what has happened. I trusted the guy with my phone because he was the receptionist of the hotel.
