  I have stayed in almost all the luxury hotels at New Delhi and nothing beats the experience here! The staff is courteous, well mannered and always eager to help! A special word for pankaj Kumar, Ramesh, and miss wan who were very helpful for arrnaging all my housekeeping needs earnestly!
