  The front desk staff were very welcoming and helped us with transportation and planning our itinerary to see landmarks. The room was spacious and tasteful decorated. We had a window overlooking the street so it was interesting to see the tuck tucks and cows manage the traffic. The location was good, would have liked to be a little closer to the restaurants near the circle. The young man who cleaned our room made a point to ck with us on anything we needed. We especially liked the laundry service as we were traveling for 2 months. The food service staff provided good variety of options for breakfast and chicken fennel soup when we had too much spicy food.

  The property was in an ideal location to explore restaurants and shopping. From our window we could enjoy the streets full of interesting activities like cows pulling carts loaded with products. Tuck Tucks were always ready to take us where we needed to go. The staff was very attentive in making sure our room was clean, the young man who cleaned our room made it a point to ask if there anything else we needed. The room was spacious and nicely decorated. Our booking included a driver to take us to the interesting sites. Riya and the other team members always greeted us with a smile and asked if there was anything.

  The place is absolutely beautiful. We were taken care of very well. Very near to everything. Himanshu was great in helping us out. Also, they set us a driver + car Ashitosh, who was very helpful and knowledgeable.

  A larger super-clean suite with a location near to Connaught Place & other attractions. But what made Empire Platinum Suites so great was the staff – friendly & helpful — sometimes we didn’t even have to ask them as they anticipated our needs and jumped in to guide us — whether helping us to find an ATM machine or showing us the directions to a location or obtaining a Tuk-Tuk car for us… they were always there to assist and we felt at the end of three days that we were part of the Empire Platinum Suites family. New Delhi is not an easy city for many foreigners but the great facilities and helpful staff at Empire Platinum Suites will enable you to have a dynamic safe and fun visit to India. Highly recommended with a lot of value for that price.

  Staff friendly, modern suite with separate bedroom. It could be considered a 5 star room if a bit larger. Small kitchenette, comfy bed, private and safe. Decent breakfast, especially if you like Indian food. Hard boiled eggs, muesli and yoghurt for white people. Fruit. Nice welcome snacks. John at the travel desk was super knowledgeable and arranged a couple of tours, one to Agra and Jaipur with private driver.

  Another delightful surprise was the complimentary city tour offered by the hotel. It was a fantastic way to discover the area’s key attractions, in a comfortable car with a knowledgeable and friendly driver. This thoughtful touch made our visit even more special.
