  Location was great. Regular cleaning of the apartment. Quick reply and resolution of the issues by the support staff.

  We did not stay as the owner accepted the booking earlier but with just 2 hours before check in they called that the property is not vacant and asked us to book some where else. We asked them to cancel from their side. but did not do even do that. I am still waiting for my refund..
