  All was good with breakfast, very busy so a little slow with service.
  
  What could be improved: The pool was to be finished renovations but unfortunately it was delayed, so no pool.

  Friendly staff, clean and comfortable rooms. The restaurant was great, a wide variety of food. All facilities were well kept and modern.
  
  What could be improved: The hotel itself was very good but there was a lot of traffic in the streets nearby.

  What could be improved: As a guest at a 5 star hotel, I was surprised to find that TV channels are not activated by default and happend to be requested channel by channel and they activated immediately. I expected the kettle in the room to be in excellent condition and well maintained, seems not used for some time.

  Security staff concierge were great, housekeeping staff were very friendly. The receptionist that checked me in was very polite- especially for 05:30 in the morning!

  Property was nicely presented, room was clean and well appointed. Sleep quality very good
  
  What could be improved: Whilst the pool looked great we wouldn’t swim as there was a major problem with pigeons on the ledges and around the pool, bird poo was all along the rail to the stairs leading to the pool therefore we thought the water quality could be not good. Another couple already at the pool had had the same thoughts. The birds need to go.

  Exceptional . Large options great variety. The best I have had so far in India . The bed linen and pillows were exceptional. Very quiet . In mist hotel there is marble or stone everywhere . It is difficult to sound proof . Here it’s excellent
