  The room is very simple but has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The staff is excellent – super helpful and always ready to assist with anything. Great experience overall!
  I don’t understand people complaining about the location. The hotel's location is clearly shown on Booking, and yes, it’s near a local market – which, in my opinion, is a great way to experience the authentic atmosphere of India.

  -Our favourite place we’ve stayed in India!
  -amazing, friendly staff.
  -extremely clean, all the small areas that usually aren’t clean were clean too.

  -hot, powerful shower.
  -great location-near shops and restaurants.
  -couldn’t fault this place at all! So glad we found it, as there are a lot of scam hotels in Delhi!

  I had a great stay at Hotel Casa Central in New Delhi. The staff was incredibly nice and always helpful, making sure I had everything I needed. My room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, with a properly functioning air conditioner that made my stay even more pleasant. The bathroom was in excellent condition, with reliable hot water. Although the room didn’t have a window, it was quiet, which made for a restful night’s sleep. Specially the owner was super nice person and was helpful and kind alwaysOverall, a great experience—I would definitely stay here again!

  Very courteous staff, well maintained rooms, The staff and ready to help in whatever ways possible, rooms are very clean, no noise from street. I would recommend others also to stay when in Delhi.

  The service is 10/10. The hotel owner will help you make your stay in Delhi perfect (taxi booking, guide assistance, etc.). The sockets are a bit old, but everything is working. Air conditioning, fan, boiler for hot water, Insect screens on windows. Elevator for residents. No insects or rats. On the ground floor, you can wait to check in on a soft sofa in the cool and quiet

  I was in Delhi many times, but Casa Central was absolutley the best place where I ever slept (had no idea that places like this can exist at Paharganj).
  It is wonderfull place. In the centre of all Paharganj mess but peace & quite.
  Extremely clean!
  Hot water provided 24 h.
  Staff very helpfull & nice.
  Rooftop terrace available (no views, but calm).
  Staff can arrange airport taxi for small money, very punctual.
