  The location was a huge plus. Walking distance to the green park metro station. Its a residential cum commercial area but feels really safe even during mid night, given Delhi standards of security. The staff was super courteous. A special shoutout to Ajay who ensured smooth checkin and checkout. The add on gesture of leaving behind fruits, milk, bread, butter, jam and chocolate & coffee sachets for the guests reflected their customer centric approach. Would definitely stay again. Much recommend.

  Info- I was acommodated into a different room and locality other than what I had booked (Green Park apartment )to unavoidable situation at BluO and so the review is for other room I was provided in Defence Colony.
  Spacious room and with good ventilation and in a calm residential locality and their welcome kit for guests is useful.
  
  What could be improved: The bed linen can be bit cleaner and better. There is no lift and need to climb two floors to reach the room.
