  The staff were friendly and gave useful information about touring and shopping. Most of them were friendly and approachable.
  
  What could be improved: The bathroom in the room- the exit fan- was a little noisier than the last room we stayed in. It would be better if they can provide little things like ear buds, which were of course supplied when requested.

  The breakfast is served in the restaurant next door and it was excellent, and so was all other food. There is a buffet with Indian breakfast and you can also get delicious freshly made dosas. The staff are nice and friendly. The room was big and clean, and so was the bathroom.
  
  What could be improved: There is background music played in the corridors from morning till 10 p.m. and it is a bit too loud if you want to take a rest in your room.

  Being a solo traveller, I felt safe staying at this place. The location of the place was very convenient to the Karol Bagh Market. I specifically chose this accommodation for shopping reasons at the market as I was wanted to be close to the shops. I requested for a late check-out, and the staff were very accommodating with my request. The accommodation was very clean. It was great that there was filtered water on all floors.
  
  What could be improved: Nothing I didn't like, but just be mindful when getting to the markets you will have to go through side streets to get onto the main street of the market. As I was solo, I only went out during the day and made sure I only went down side streets that were wide and had people (and didn't look isolated) walking down it.
