    Location is excellent. Close to south Delhi localities which is what we wanted. Excellent breakfast with an attentive staff member. Prompt response from the reception.

    What could be improved: Bathrooms could do with an upgrade. No windows to get in some fresh air. Huge minus.

    The breakfast was just so. First morning, my omelette took so long to arrive, i had already finished eating. Also, prior to closing time, the toaster was turned off, so i could not make another toast for myself. i was very disappointed. breakfast options were weak.

    What could be improved: Room cleanliness was not great. I had to wipe down all surfaces prior to putting down any of my things, as surfaces were dirty/sticky. I was not pleased about that.
    My sister came to visit me and she was told she could not come to my room. Then, when I came out to greet her, then the receptionist said it was ok. All she wanted to do was to put some of her work things in my room before we went out to dinner. It was not a nice situation.
    Trainee receptionist was very unsure about everything that I asked her. I hope her training goes well.

    The hotel is quite new, with nice comfortable beds and renovated furniture. Also, the staff is so nice and helpful, they try to assist to you in everything they can.

    What could be improved: Our room did not have a window as it was only directed to the hall and not an actual window. The heating system was not working.
