  The breakfast was basic. However, it served my purpose there were fruits, cereals, egg preparations, canned juice, tea & coffee and a few hot dishes. The staff and service was excellent. Their chat system really makes ordering things in room and getting any help from house keeping very easy and smooth. Overall a very good stay.
  
  What could be improved: Could have added a few more live counter items in buffet breakfast. The Room service menu had limited choices and the food preparation was just about okay. Not that great taste wise.

  Location was fine. It seemed to be "central" in South Delhi. Although central can still mean a lot of travelling. Rooms were nice.
  
  What could be improved: There don't seem to be any restaurants in the immediate vicinity, except for street food style stalls in a side street. Breakfast was disappointing in taste as well as choice, and the breakfast waiter would disappear into the kitchen most of the time. They should borrow a leaf from Bloom Bandra, Mumbai which sets the standard high. The sambhar of Idli was watery and on the bland side, the chole of the chole puri/bhature was also on the bland side and watery. They weren't ready with breakfast on time. The reception staff did not seem to know about Delhi areas much. Even areas which are not far. Bathrooms needs to be better cleaned in the corners where walls and floors meet, otherwise dirt and slime will accumulate. The safe was not working and no attempt made to rectify, I am sure it did not just stop working as soon as I checked into the room. Reception area could be more welcoming with sofas rather than one chair. I might try the other Bloom in GK2 next time.

  The hotel was clean and had all necessary amendities. The location was good with shops nearby and the metro not too far away.

  The staff was very nice and polite. They’re always available even for late night check in. The food was also very good. Comfortable bed, good location. The room was bigger than expected. They helped me finding a private car to visit the main attractions for about $30 the day.
  
  What could be improved: It has good ventilation in the room but I was not able to use the AC. Maybe a little price to use the laundry option (about $30 for small bag of clothes)

  Staff could not do enough for you. All ways polite and going and doing things for you that extra mile. The room was very comfortable and cleaned every day..
