Bloom Boutique – Connaught Place Area Overview

First Impressions

Walking into Bloom Boutique – Connaught Place Area, you immediately notice how they’ve managed to create something genuinely charming in the heart of New Delhi‘s busiest district. The lobby feels more like a friend’s well-designed living space than a typical hotel — there’s this warm, intimate vibe that you don’t expect from a three-star property. Honestly, the attention to detail surprised me, from the thoughtful lighting to the way they’ve arranged the seating areas.

The Perfect Central Spot

You know what’s brilliant about this location? You’re literally steps away from Connaught Place’s inner circle, but tucked away on Babar Road so you actually get some peace at night. I mean, you can walk to Khan Market in fifteen minutes, catch the metro at Rajiv Chowni without breaking a sweat, and still feel like you’re in a proper neighborhood rather than tourist central. The couples who stay here absolutely love it — and I get why, because there’s something romantic about having all of Delhi at your doorstep while retreating to this quieter corner.

The Room Experience

The room I stayed in was compact but cleverly designed — they’ve really maximized every inch without making it feel cramped. The bed was surprisingly comfortable (sometimes you worry with boutique places), and the bathroom had this modern, clean aesthetic that felt fresh. What I appreciated most was the soundproofing — considering you’re in the middle of one of India’s busiest cities, the quiet was remarkable. The air conditioning worked perfectly, which honestly is half the battle in Delhi.

Morning Fuel and Practical Perks

Breakfast here is continental style, and while it’s not elaborate, it’s actually quite good — fresh fruit, decent coffee, and they make a proper omelet if you ask. The staff seemed genuinely happy to customize things, which made mornings pleasant rather than rushed. Oh, and here’s something practical that matters more than you’d think — they have free parking right at the hotel, which is basically gold in this part of the city. Trust me, if you’re planning to explore Delhi by car, this alone makes the place worth considering.

Why Guests Love It

What really sets this place apart is how the team runs it — they seem to actually care about getting the details right. Recent guests have been raving about the location (and rightfully so), but it’s more than just geography. There’s this sense that they’ve thought about what travelers actually need rather than just checking boxes. It’s not trying to be something it’s not — just a well-run, thoughtfully designed place that happens to sit in one of Delhi’s most dynamic neighborhoods. For the price point, you’re getting genuine value and a base that lets you experience the city properly.

To book hotel in Delhi for Diwali fireworks, travelers secure Rajpath-facing suites glowing under lantern skies.

  • Anca from United States – 16 March 2025 (9/10)

We, two women, were lucky to start our trip at this hotel because its cleanliness and overall aspect made for a good introduction.
Our twin room was comfortable, the shower good, breakfast delicious.
Its location close to Connaught place allowed us to walk there and we felt safe enough to walk to stores down the street in the dark.
The staff at reception and restaurant were also very kind.

What could be improved: The price was higher than others but maybe worth while.

  • Fernando from Spain – 10 March 2025 (9/10)

Everything was clean and very well arranged and the staff is super nice!

What could be improved: I was unlucky to have a room on the side of the hotel that is next to the railway so it was hard to sleep.

  • Daljeet from United Kingdom – 18 December 2024 (9/10)

Room is clean and nicely decorated. Staff are very accommodating and friendly. Complimentary water and snacks is a wonderful touch

What could be improved: Staff can get a little overwhelmed and forgot to bring some items when I have asked several times though I know this is not deliberate and perhaps would be best to hire more staff

  • Khadijah from United States – 17 December 2024 (8/10)

The Location is good which makes it easy for movement

  • Lesley from Ireland – 24 November 2024 (8/10)

The hotel was in a great location, and there were TukTuks outside to take you wherever you wanted. Our room was spacious and extremely clean – plenty of bottled water available too. The staff were so helpful and attentive. The bed was really comfortable.

What could be improved: There was very little direct light, but given the chaos of Delhi outside, this was probably a good thing!

  • Carole from South Africa – 15 November 2024 (8/10)

Helpful staff from the doorman, to the front desk to the restaurant!

What could be improved: Nothing to complain about!
