  Great location for the airport! Aerocity is much safer and cleaner! Great pool and gym! Rooms were large and comfortable!

  Our booking was cancelled just two hour before check in as third party did not inform them about the updated card details. However the staff was kind enough to accomodate us.The facilities,location,room was good enough as for most of the day we were out.

  What could be improved: The reception was not friendly but rather interested in charging extra and stated that i should not rely on confirmations from booking.com for my booking and my request for rooms to be on the same floor. I had to pay extra to have the rooms on the same floor despite clearly stating my preference while booking online. The reception at chek-in refused to honour the online request and stated that online portals for booking should not be relied upon rather a direct booking with the hotel was recommended.

  Very good breakfast buffet. Good menu in the restaurant with buffet and a la cart selection. Very nice restaurant service. Good location also with access to metro and hotel taxis. The option of airport transfer was included in the package which was a good convenience.
  
  What could be improved: Temporary construction work at the facility opposite the hotel. The pool could be open longer.

  Huge modern hotel in the modern Aerocity area. The rooms are perfect – big rooms, very comfy bed, free bottled water and perfectly clean. The housekeeping staff are very friendly.
  
  There is a nice, clean pool which was open until 8pm.
  
  What could be improved: I find it strange that there is no footpath into the hotel – you have to duck under the barrier for cars to enter!
  
  I wrote some postcards for friends and asked at reception if they could send them for me and they charged me a fee – this has never happened at any other hotel I have stayed in so I was a bit surprised.
  
  There are really a huge amount of staff members who are hurrying around all the time (especially in the restaurant). It feels quite chaotic as they often don't communicate with each other eg whilst having breakfast, expect to be asked if you want tea or coffee at least 5 times by 5 different employees.
