  The room was big for the price.. The location is close to airport.
  Plus the included dinner was awesome. It was super tasty.

  What could be improved: Bathroom water pressure was very low. One cannot shower there at all as the shower hose was old and blocked.
  The breakfast can be better the variety was good but the taste was not.

  The hotel was going through construction when we arrived and I was doubting the hotel. However, we got a very nice suite, it was very spacious, clean and well equipped. Hit water facility was working quite well. Food from restaurant downstairs was tasty. Overall recommended.

  The room
  Spacious clean rooms, wooden furniture and marble decorated. We had a super-king bed in one room and two singles in the other. The super king did comfortably fit us two adults and two young kids (5 and 8 years) in. Air con worked well. Our en-suite contained a large spacious shower with very hot water but the shower didn’t work as well nor did it have power. The toilet didn’t flush. The other room’s bathroom containing a bath worked fine.as well as coffee and tea. Working Fridge in room.
  Tv in room worked, mostly Indian channels- we didn’t really have time to explore or watch television.
  2x Bottled water is provided as well as coffee and tea. Working Fridge in room.
  Phones in room but didn’t work.
  
  Staff were very helpful, polite and friendly.
  
  Stairs and lift available. Reception area/foyer well-decorated, welcoming and clean.
  
  Breakfast
  A small buffet available from 7.30-10.30am. Toast, boiled eggs, Indian puri (fried chapati), curries and fresh fruit are available. Tea (very tasty!) and a mixed fruit juice were the cold drinks available.
  
  Location
  20mins from international airport.
  10mins away from AMBIENCE shopping mall (designer shops and high street branded shops) with a vast range of food (McDonald’s, Burger King, Subway plus more available in food court.
  
  Overall, a decent, clean hotel, in good location but they do need to fix up on the bathroom- it’s a must to have working shower and toilet, so please work on this. There are shops around where snacks can be our purchased. Taxi and Tuk tuk are always parked up outside. Thank you to all the staff.
  
  What could be improved: The bathroom needs fixing up- toilet didn’t flush and the shower wasn’t working properly either- had a low flow. The bathroom facilities should be GOOD WORKING ORDER as a standard.

  What could be improved: It shouldn't take 1 hour to check in, but does. Staff trying their best, but seemingly no system in place with too many bookings taken. They can't manage rooms with people constantly arriving/leaving, presumably for round clock flights.

  Convenient transit stay. Easy to get Uber to hotel from airport. We walked to nearby aerocity. Big comfortable bed.
