  Comfortable location,great staff, rooms ok. What i liked the most about airport hotel devrana that they are supporting and have employed so many specially abled people, and have trained them well to not have any compromise in service.

  Good location, fairly friendly staff. Very basic rooms but clean and quite comfortable.
  
  What could be improved: Very basic facilities, not sure how the hotel qualifies for 3 stars.
  
  Booked (and paid for) a quadruple room so that my friend and I could have separate beds, on arrival were given a small double room instead. They offered us a second room late that night but as we had an early flight we declined as it was too late at that point.

  What could be improved: Все не понравилось. Заранее обратились в отель по вопросу трансфера от аэропорта на что получили ответ, что отель находится в зоне аэропорта. Хорошо что отказались от намерения дойти до отеля пешком, ехали на такси минут 15-20 через стройку и сплошной поток пробок. В отеле невозможно было рассчитаться картой, повели в соседний отель для расчета, там тоже не получилось. Оплату произвели в $ по очень невыгодному курсу. В номере очень неуютно, а санузел вызвал невероятный негатив. Я не сиогла включить воду, ее в душе не было совсем, кран прокручивался на 360, рт вода так и не появилась, пришлось мыться в раковине, слив которой выливался просто на пол в отверстие для слива как в душе. Заявлять что этот отель новинка и 4 звезды это верх неприличия. Это самый худший отель из всех мною увиденных, считаю что подобные отели должны быть удалены с сайта. Это просто кошмар, а не отель. Очень испортилось настроение в конце длительного путешествия.
